Description:
A Cylinder Block Liner, also called Cylinder Sleeve or Cylinder Liner, is a cylindrical part inserted into the cylinder bore of an engine block. It is placed using a press fit or other type of interference fit. The fit must be tight enough to prevent movement of the Liner during operation but not so tight as to cause distortion or other types of damage.
